Memorial Stone Unveiled

At the BÖU Annual General Meeting and Reunion on 8th September 2012, a memorial stone was unveiled commemorating our founder, Martina Bergman Österberg.  The memorial stone has been placed under "Madame's Tree" between Kingsfield House and the Cricket Pitch.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by a large group of BÖU members and friends, with speeches from Anne Stuart (BÖU Chairman); Helena Reitberger (Swedish Embassy First Secretary); Councillor Ann Allen
(Mayor of Dartford).

Save to Save the BÖU Archive

At the BÖU Reunion on September 8th 2012, members and friends were given collection boxes to take home and fill with loose change.  Money raised from the collection boxes will be  paid into the BÖU Archive fund.                        

The preservation and storage of archives in acid free materials is a costly project and the BÖU Archive is supported by donations. If you would like to receive a collecting box
